FULL-TIME POSITION: Outside Sales
The Outside Sales position will increase sales and customer satisfaction by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, actively pursuing new business, and providing product solutions through regular in-person customer visits and jobsite support.

- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Marco’s products, pricing, and solutions.
- Identify leads, manage prospects, and generate new business while growing existing customer relationships.
- Conduct scheduled and cold-call prospecting to establish initial and follow-up meetings with customer decision-makers.
- Analyze customer needs and provide effective, solution-based recommendations.
- Process customer orders, quotes, bids, and product requests as needed.
- Collaborate with inside sales and counter staff to ensure accurate order processing and customer follow-up.
- Use electronic and published catalogs to provide product, pricing, and availability information.
- Monitor market conditions and competitive trends and respond accordingly.
- Maintain accurate project tracking logs.
- Meet regularly with the Sales Manager to review sales activity, goals, and prospect status.
- Load, unload, and deliver product or equipment to customers as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Goal-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and personal integrity.
- Professional in appearance, presentation, and communication.
- Highly organized with strong time-management abilities.
- Experience in the construction industry is ideal.
